Volker Kieckbusch joined Weiland Rechtsanwälte as a lawyer in 2003 and has been a partner since 2008.

He can advise you on all aspects of building and architectural law, general contract law, commercial law and also on plant construction and wind energy. He can provide special expertise on legal issues relating to technology. Furthermore, Volker Kiekbusch organises seminars on subjects such as the "Right of Complaint under Section 377 German Commercial Code (HGB)".

After his legal clerkship at Celle's Higher Regional Court District, he worked as a lawyer for a firm practising at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and subsequently for a Hamburg law firm specialised in commercial law.

Volker Kieckbusch studied law at the University of Hannover.
