Dr Hellmut Müller joined Weiland Rechtsanwälte in 2018, prior to which he was a senior partner with a renowned Stuttgart law firm and notaries’ office.

He can advise you on all aspects of commercial and company law, foundation law, the laws governing fiscal offences, inheritance law and real estate law. Moreover, he has comprehensive experience in the field of company and asset succession, and is a specialist for tax law.

Dr Müller studied law at the universities of Tübingen, Munich and Würzburg.

He is a member of the German Association of Tax Lawyers (Deutsche Steuerjuristische Gesellschaft e.V.) and serves on the supervisory boards and advisory councils of numerous companies and non-profit organisations, among them the foundation Neue Liszt Stiftung in Weimar. He is also an honorary senator at the University of Music Franz Liszt in Weimar.
