Dr Ferdinand Müller joined Weiland Rechtsanwälte as a lawyer in 2018 and has been a partner since.
He can advise you on all matters pertaining to commercial and corporate law, tax law, foundation law, banking and capital market law, litigation and also on issues arising in the context of company succession, the execution of wills or the administration of estates. In particular, Dr Müller is on hand to advise on restructuring, transformation and the drafting of company articles. In the area of tax law, he can advise you in particular on audits, appeal proceedings, and national or international estate planning. Furthermore, he can advise you on matters pertaining to insurance and liability law in the context of D&O insurance and management liability. Dr Müller has been working as a specialist lawyer in the following areas: tax law (since 2004), and commercial and corporate law (since 2009).
Dr Müller studied law at the University of Würzburg and the University of Heidelberg, obtaining his PhD in Würzburg in the area of tax law.
He is a member of the German Tax Law Association (Deutsche Steuerjuristische Gesellschaft e.V.), a board member of the German Association of Specialist Lawyers for Commercial and Corporate Law (Deutsche Vereinigung der Fachanwälte für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht e.V.) and the German Association of Lawyers and Tax Consultants for SMEs (Deutsche Anwalts- und Steuerberatervereinigung für die mittelständische Wirtschaft e.V.), as well as the DIS (German Arbitration Institute) and the Working Association of Specialist Lawyers for Tax Law (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Fachanwälte für Steuerrecht e.V.). Dr Müller is a member of the Association of Law Alumni Würzburg (Juristen Alumni Würzburg e.V.). Additionally, he has been a lecturer for commercial and corporate law at the Hagen Law School since 2014. Dr Müller regularly publishes articles on commercial-law subjects.
